Steph Curry gets backlash for saying his family has good eyes

Stephen Curry has elevated to become one of the greatest NBA players of all-time. As a result, Curry’s image is everywhere. He stars in countless commercials and his apparel brand is growing. Some have even argued that Curry is the Michael Jordan of this generation. However, all Steph ever tries to do is be his best. Recently, he did a segment with Wired, where he filled in auto suggestions on Google. Curry made a passing comment about his family’s eyes and now has the internet mad.

Stephen Curry led the Golden State Warriors to the championship, in 2022. For Curry, this was his fourth championship ring. This puts him in the same conversation as the NBA’s icons, Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant. Jordan is the gold standard, winning six championships in eight years. Meanwhile, the late Kobe Bryant won five titles in ten years. In the case of Stephen Curry, he’s won four titles in seven years. Some fans believe the Warriors can win the 2024 championship, too.

Stephen Curry took a break from basketball to do a segment with Wired. During this segment, he was playing a game where he filled in Google Search suggestions. Somehow, the conversation ended up about his family’s looks. Through his career, Curry has been nicknamed due to his looks, primarily his “baby face.” Also, people have pointed out his green eyes. In reference to that, Steph said his family is known for their “good eyes,” which has sparked controversy among fans.
