DaBaby, Moneybagg Yo, and Blac Youngsta To Perform at Lounge in Atlanta This Weekend; Drive-In Concert Featuring Crime Mob, Dem Franchize Boyz, and More Will Also Take Place In The City

Music fans miss concerts to the fullest and there have been attempts to make them happen. Vanilla Ice tried to perform in Austin, TX today but that got shut down due to him realizing last minute that the COVID-19 cases in the state were surging.

Georgia has been really open has far as its economy goes since mid-May and they have been making some concerts happen. Last month, Travis Porter performed at a drive-in concert as part of ‘The Parking Lot Concert Series.’ This weekend, they will be bringing Kilo Ali, D4L member Fabo, Crime Mob, Pastor Troy, and Dem Franchize Boyz.

The biggest attractions this weekend though are performances by DaBaby, Blac Youngsta and Moneybagg Yo at Cosmopolitan Premier Lounge in Decatur on July 4. They will be taking precautions regarding COVID though, according to TMZ. MyDjDre told the outlet that the shows will be operating at 40% capacity as the usual capacity is 4,000.

Masks will be required for entry, temperatures will be conducted at the door, and there will also be a health screening questions. As far as DaBaby, he will have a rule as well which is only three people of his entourage being on stage with him.

Cosmopolitan Premier Lounge lounge will keep the show going on July 5 as well as CMG rappers, Moneybagg Yo and Blac Youngsta, will be performing. The proceeds from the performances from these two and Baby will also be going to the Athlete Youth Success Institute, according to promoter, Jonathan Hart. This is an Atlanta-based non-profit organization that helps children learn tennis. They are aiming to raise $100,000 to go to Ghana next year, as the May trip this year was postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
