Roddy Ricch has been red-hot this month, due to him finally releasing his sophomore album, “Live Life Fast,” on December 17. That project was headlined by the smash hit single, “Late At Night.”
Back in October, Roddy was also rumored to have been dating Saweetie. This is after the two were sitting next to each other, court side, at a Los Angeles Lakers game. Saweetie initially spoke about it first, and emphasized that them sitting next to each oher was a coincidence. She also said on Twitter: “So avoid sitting next to men in public places otherwise the world assumes y’all are dating … got it.”
Now, in a new interview with Big Boy’s Neighborhood, Roddy is also making it known that Saweetie being next to him was just a random moment. The Compton rapper said that he was sitting there first, and was “faded out of his mind.”
“For all the females out there: stop sitting by me next to the game. I was sitting down first. I feel like people know what they be doing… You gotta just stop. I had people like, ‘What’s goin’ on y’all?’ Whoopty-woo. It’s like… I’m at the game. It’s my birthday. I’m faded out my mind. I ain’t thinkin’ ’bout no one sitting next to me.”
Saweetie has since been rumored to be dating Lil Baby. This comes after a Hollywood Unlocked report in November, which stated that Baby allegedly spent $100,000 on her, at a Chanel store in New York City. Baby and Saweetie were also supposedly together, in a photo of Saweetie on Baby’s lap.
